   One stop Bedford Is a really great store as I'm a student attending Bedford free school its easier to to one stop to get a meal deal for £4 which I think is really cheap other stores are about £5-£6.50

   why do you guys partner with ubereats if you can’t be bothered to read the receipt properly? I had a sick child and all he wanted was strawberries. I ordered 5 packets you’ve just send me ONE packet. I’ve spent £20 on one packet of strawberries some bread and some apples. Out of order, PLEASE READ THE RECEIPT PROPERLY because ubereats won’t even give me a proper refund. I’ve wasted loads of money.

   One Stop on Castle Road in Bedford, UK, is a convenient spot for grabbing essentials on the go. However, our experience at this location has been a bit hit or miss. The staff at this location can be limited, and as a result, the service can be slow at times. The store itself is also quite small, which can make it feel crowded and cramped. Despite these issues, the store does carry a decent selection of products. They have a good variety of snacks, drinks, and household items. The prices here can be a bit high, however, likely due to the store's small size. That being said, the one highlight of our visit was the Costa Express machine located inside the store. We were able to grab a delicious coffee on the go, which definitely helped to make up for some of the other shortcomings of the store. Overall, One Stop on Castle Road is a decent option for a quick stop, but it's not without its drawbacks. The limited staff and cramped store can be frustrating, and the prices are a bit steep. If you're in a rush and need something in a pinch, it's worth checking out, but don't expect a top-notch shopping experience. In summary, we would give One Stop on Castle Road in Bedford, UK, a 3 star rating. It's a convenient spot for grabbing essentials, but the limited staff and small store can be a bit of a downside, and the prices are a bit high. The staff and prices could be better, but the Costa Express machine is a nice perk.

   Some of the staff are really nice. But there is one women that works there who is rude to the costumer and makes me avoid the shop because of her bullying and rudeness.

   Probably the worst convenience store in terms of customer service with staff poorly trained. The younger staff are a relief to be served by as they seem to be able to smile and serve politely. Rarely offered a receipt and when given doesn't have a breakdown of items, hardly ever offered a bag Staff will look down at you if you commit the crime of handing a five pound note for some chewing gum to get change! Epic fail in anticipating stock replenishment during covid and wonder why customers get upset. A friend of mine described the store with the phrase 'a job's worth'

   They need staff that knows what they are doing.Just been overcharged, only realised once home, why did she scan twice same item,God knows. Can't be bothered going back to argue. I would probably understand if I had loads of items, but 3 I items and she scanned one item twice. Never asks if I want receipt. Customer service is just low. Either train or get a new staff.
