You know what, it is bloody hard to find a garage you can trust, especially as a woman. The amount of times I have had people try to rip me off because they think I dont have a clue when I have a decent amount of car knowledge, and times I have actually been ripped off because I am just beyond caring! Jay and his lads have been absolutely brilliant! Cannot fault them at all! Managed to sort my qashqai twice now and I am so grateful to them! Decent cost for parts and labour and now I feel i can return for all my car woes!
Jay has gone above and beyond, even getting me a lift to the train station when it became apparent I wouldn't be able to drive my car home. Another garage was unable to diagnose a problem that Jay and his staff were able to in minutes, I'm so glad I went to him for a second opinion! Would definitely use this service again.
Only 1 star so I could leave a review. Worst garage that I've ever come across in my 25 years of driving. They go above and beyond to get you to take your car there, once it's there because they can't do it in the given time, or they don't know how to, you get the excuses. I supplied the parts and all I got was oh its the wrong parts. Fair enough so I left the car there longer. Chased them up again, as I need my car for work and was told I needed another part. They're just full of bull. I ended up picking my car up which was taken apart as I had warned them, took somewhere else where they know about customer service and the parts that I had bought were exactly right. So big Jay's were trying to charge me more for parts I didn't need just to delay. Avoid at all costs, there's no need for cowboys like these when there's plenty of genuine garages about. Was dealing with an incredibly and scary issue, rang up and assured about the repair and quoted. Day of repair, quote hadn't changed and informed of all the repairs taken place and highlighting levels of urgency for further support needed. Feel safe enough to drive my car and get back to where I once was! Both mechanics were lovely, reassuring and very polite. Will definitely be using again if in the untimely case that I need them again!
A reliable garage I've been using for a while now. First time I used them was for a engine change due to the original one blowing up. They took care of that issue with speedy service and the car runs like new. My car has also been there for services, mots repairs and many more. It's also been there for a front end repair and they also did that short amount of time. All the male and female staff there are so respectful and talked me through everything that's happened and why. They've took care of me and I'm very thankful for that. Very much appreciated. Definitely a garage I'll be using for a long time.
Broke down on A500 these guys came out to see if they could help. Unfortunatley at the time they couldnt, but would come back next day to collect car. I had big ussues about leaving my car all night on an A road, so i called out my breakdown service who brought us and the car to our hotel we were staying at. Next day we called these guys back and they were out within a couple of hours and got the job done. Thank you so much guys.
We broke down on the m6 as our fuel injector went.It was a saturday afternoon and these guys recovered us and our baby and dog and took us to their garage to grab stuff out our car and then took us to a pet friendly hotel. They rang us Monday morning with a quote and had the car repaired and delivered to us at the hotel by Monday late afternoon. Genuinely nice,helpful and also professional. Thanks so much for helping us continue our travels!
Very friendly people. Recovered my car, but also my young family that were stranded. Dom was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Based on this alone I would recommend them to anyone.
