   Scam artists. I purchased a very expensive hammer drill for some home diy projects, ended up using it a handful of times so a few months later i took it to the store to try and get some of the money i paid back. All boxed used no more than 3 times had a full receipt stating that almost £500 was paid. I was offered £120, i left the store and another customer 'followed me out' and proceeded to offer to take it off my hands for a bit more. I declined, as i wandered off the man walked back into the store and curiously i walked passed he was laughing and joking with the manager. This is disgusting tactics, lowballing people then if they refuse having a plant in the store who follows them to offer slightly better.

   Superb. Z, Atlanta, and the rest of the staff (sorry I didn't catch names!) were great. I called about a fairly expensive camera system, questions were answered and polite communication; I purchased and a few days later turned up when they were busy to collect. This was a lot of equipment, two duffel bags worth and then some. The staff not only served myself, but served other customers at the same time without getting a single thing incorrect. We oreded some additional items just prior to turning up, and they bent over backwards to get it bagged up to go with me at the same time. Superb stuff! Atlanta, if I recall correctly, even offered - and did - carry some of the items with me back to the car park at the bottom. She was polite, and chatty. What a great team - best experience in retail I've had in a long, long time. Will come back specifically to buy from this store.
