   Staff and pharmacist are rude and unhelpful. They wouldn’t accept a perfectly valid proscription, that was time critical, and which was fortunately dispensed with no issue at another pharmacy. The consultant who had issued the prescription was very surprised by their refusal. Other family members have also found their attitude similarly unpleasant. You would think a local pharmacy’s USP would be their customer service but unfortunately it’s not!

   This Pharmacy is the least helpful place I have ever visited. Zero care shown. Refuse to dispense prescriptions that all other Pharmacies have no problem with. Even the doctors can't understand why they don't dispense the medicine which my mother takes for Dementia.

   Can't believe I had to give even 1 star. The person on reception was rude. The pharmacist was rude. I went in with my 18 month old to ask for advice The nursery sent my son home with "suspected croup" I however wasn't sure it was so wanted to ask the pharmacist opinion. The lady on reception spoke to him and the pharmacist said. "Nothing I can do about that" didn't even come and speak to me. I was a concerned 1st time mother with my 18 month in my arms. I was so upset also a little smile goes a long way... if you don't like your job then leave don't take it out on your customers

   FOURTH vaccination and another excellent experience. I was close to the 28-day gap between testing positive and getting my jab this morning but they carefully checked the details and I received a Moderna one to add to one Pfizer and two Astra Zenecas. All the staff were most courteous and kind - and extremely efficient. THANKS
