   My car went in for an accident repair they did a great job of the repair 1 days later my back lights stopped working every light in the left hand side box. My partner had a look and the plug was burnt I rang the garage and they said it was already like that but didn’t pass the message on when I collected the car. They were not very sorry and just didn’t care. I asked for the photo proof they had of the plug when cross checking it it was a completely different pin that was burnt. They said they would ring me back after speaking to the director but never heard anything I gave up in the end. There was no issues with my lights till they had touched it! They did not want to take responsibility for there mistakes!!!! Owner was rude when collecting my car got a call at 7:30pm saying it was done and can collect the next day. Got a call at 12pm asking if I was coming and apparently I was told collection was only till 12 which I was not told.

   My car was sent to this garage as part of my insurance claim after an accident, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Sarah, in particular, was so helpful — she communicated clearly, kept me updated throughout, and was genuinely kind and reassuring during what was a stressful time. The garage quickly assessed the damage and kept me fully informed at every stage. I couldn’t fault Sarah’s professionalism or the care she showed. Highly recommend!

   I was gutted when a pothole wrecked my wheel, tyre and front bumper on my Audi, this is a well looked after car and I was worried who the insurance would send me to, I'm so glad that it was Richard Wright, picked it up looking like it was leaving the show room! friendly, well informative staff and a top class finish.... Would definitely recommend this company!!

   I cannot praise Richard Wright as a company enough. From the initial contact through to completion of my repair, the service I received was excellent. The speed and efficient service I received was amazing. The staff that I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

   do your homework before making an insurance claim. after my car suffered a light bump leaving a bumper scuff and blemish on the light cluster my insurance company asked me to take the car to Richard Wrights for a quote. They're obviously a very professional outfit and I don't doubt that they do a very good job. I pointed out my excess was 250 and queried whether I should make a claim given the damage was so light. The guy assessing the damage said the bumper damage alone would cost more than 250 to put right and that I would need a new light cluster. I suggested that the blemish could be polished out but he disagreed and said I would need a new one. I politely asked him to put my quote on hold. After finding a local body repair shop I have had the work done for 70 quid and they polished out the scratch on the light cluster. Don't always take the first quote and opinion before splashing your hard earned cash.
