   Went in to buy gifts for a special birthday - Coeur de Lion jewellery - service couldn't have been better. Not only did they help me in my choices (a little nervous as not my area of expertise!) but provided me with a padded envelope and gave me an unrequested discount of the postage as they were being sent special delivery. Received message today from the recipient saying presents were 'absolutely perfect' which has made my day! Thank you for going the extra mile!!
