   Brought my daughter here this afternoon to have her ears pierced and was really impressed with the service we had. The person who served us was friendly and knowledgeable and made my daughter feel at ease. She did an amazing job - thank you!

   If someone is getting a piercing, be prepared to wait a ridiculously long time to pay...I ended up putting everything back on the shelves and leaving because all the staff were doing one piercing... Also, don't get piercings at Claires. Yes, it's cheap, but the gun causes so much damage and is usually inaccurate.

   Didn't actually purchase anything even though there were offers on. I think their prices are a bit high compared to other shops. It's very nicely set out and the assistant was very polite and helpful but still it's bit pricey for me

   Went today and Hannah was running the store by herself yet she remained composed, professional and super friendly. My little girl had her ears pieced and Hannah was brilliant at explaining the process to myself and the little one. Put both of us at ease and despite having to serve what seemed like 100 customers, plus answer the phone she pierced my little girls ears quickly and effortlessly. The store was clean and safe with great covid measures in place. 100% recommend going here.
