We came in today to have a look at some engagement bands for my partner, as he needed to know what size to get. The lady who assisted us (completely forgot to get her name) was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful and really taught us a lot when it came to looking for the perfect ring and it really helped my other half a lot.

Terrible service, took my wedding and engagement rings in to be resized, they told me would be ready on Tuesday, I asked if they could call when in, they blatantly said no so went back late on Tuesday and they weren't in .... Secondly I have had rings back less than a week and my wedding ring has scratches all over it, called shop and was told I could take it back in but if i have been wearing it not a lot they can do!! What are you supposed to do with rings? In 14 years it has never looked this scratched, they really are not interested and for all this paid a lot of money to have it done, wont be returning

Incapable of changing a watch battery!! I took my Omega Seamaster watch to them to have the battery changed. They explained that their jeweller would do it rather than send it away to Omega, which I was happy with, although I asked if they could replace the rubber seal when they did it. When I got it back, it lasted 3 days before the face misted up (I hadn't swum with it, worn it in the shower, flown etc), by which time they were shut due to Covid. As I couldn't wait for them to open again & risk the watch being damaged I had to order a kit online to remove the rear cover & dry it out. On removing the cover it was clear that the new seal they'd put in it was much too large hence the leak. Surely they should have said they couldn't do it rather than bodge it!? I sourced the correct omega sized seal online (& a new battery as the one they put in only lasted 3 months!) & put it back together properly. I've since swum multiple times with it etc without any leaks. Moral of the story - don't trust them with changing a battery as they're clearly incapable of doing this simple task.

I would highly recommend this jeweller. The staff have been so helpful and have restored some of my jewellery beautifully. They have far exceeded my expectations and were so friendly and professional. The service was fast and the advice I got was very helpful. I will be using them again very soon.

Sadly I have shopped here for a number of years the ladies who work there are lovely and i have always been happy with purchases. My recent experience could not be described as that. It comes to something when sales assistants pay more attention to paperwork keep customers waiting proceeded with poor and hasty service. Sales assistance should be wary in times of job losses as folk can take business to other jewellers who offer exceptional services. You have let this establement down on this occasion
