I took my engagement ring here to be repaired as I had caught it in something which had knocked the setting slightly out of place, they’ve done a fabulous job - it looks brand new, it’s sparkling clean and been re-plated as well. An incredible service at a really reasonable price!
Went in for a battery replacement on a watch and found the gentleman to be very friendly and helpful. The battery didnt unfortunately fix the issue but he allowed us the battery free of charge. He took the links out for us and reccomended somewhere to get it serviced. Will definitely be back for more in future. Excellent service
Absolutely awful. I went in to get a new battery for a watch. There were two ladies choosing rings, being attended to by a male attendant and a couple being attended to by a female. The couple left soon after I went in and the female attendant went to the back of the shop. The two ladies decided on a ring and then asked to see ear rings. At no time did the male attendant, or the female, say anything to me. They could have said, "we're busy at the moment but will attend to you as soon as we can." Or he could have said to the ladies, "do you mind if I ask this gentleman what he wants while you make your decision?" But no, he said nothing and I waited patiently but, after a few minutes, decided to go elsewhere. This is not customer service! Absolutely appalling! I will not darken their shop again and I advise others to do likewise.

Ordered some hearing aid batteries and these were delivered promptly.Tried to repeat the order recently and was told they were out of stock but would be coming in in 2 days time. gave my card details and asked for them to be sent.1 week later they had not arrived.Nothing on my bank statement to indicate that money had been taken.Rang to enquire but phone not answered during opening hours.After several attempts I got through to a member of staff.As I was explaining my concern I was cut off!! rang again,immediately but phone was not answered.Something strange seems to be happening here!Since posting this review have managed to make contact.Having trouble with phones.Above matter resolved amicably.5 stars awarded!!1
