   Me and my Fiancé used Ernest Jones to purchase an engagement ring. Store manager Rachel was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the ring and the size and promptly had it ordered to be ready for us to collect 2 days later. Upon collecting the ring we had a few questions about certification, insurance etc. And all of our questions were answered by a really knowledgeable member of staff, he was super helpful but I didn't catch his name. Thanks all.

   If I could leave no stars i would.. Myself and my partner came in store today to look for wedding bands, the woman on the counter was more interested in her ipad or what ever it was. The young lad walked past us twice and said absolutely nothing, we waited a few minutes to see if they would assist us yet none of them bothered. I told my partner we would take our custom somewhere else and still none of them bothered to help. The young lad stood behind the counter facing us yet talking to the lady. Never have I been made to feel so awkward! Thankfully Warren James have lovely helpful staff.

   Husband bought me a beautiful watch for my birthday from here, went in to get some links removed. Staff really helpful and friendly, whilst waiting I thought I'd look for a new necklace however it seems to be more of a watch shop than a jewellers.

   I ordered a watch off the Ernest Jones's website, it was delivered early with all the necessary documents, the watch bangle needed adjustment, I phoned our nearest branch in Stafford and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me just come to the shop and they would do it free of charge, whilst we waited and this is exactly what we did. The Staff in the shop were really pleasant and helpful and the adjustment was made perfectly.
