   For father's day my daughter bought me a bracelet.unfortunately was to small so I went with her to exhange it for a bigger size.only to be told they don't do bigger sizes that was a standard size.asked for refund they don't do refunds either so no bracelet no refund and the woman was not helpful at all so out of pocket (company policy)

   I went with my husband and kids to buy myself a ring as it was my birthday. When we walked in a staff member looked at us and said oh it smells in here. I never ever had any staffs from any other stores or restuarant etc be so racist unlike the staffs from Warren James Stafford

   I have never come across a more rude manager than that of Stafford's branch of Warren James, I swear I will never buy anything from Warren James again. She was rude, hostile, un-helpful and her mannerism towards customers is awful. When purchasing goods from Warren James please be aware that once you buy an item even if you need to return the item 3 times due to poor manufacture they will still not offer a refund! Warren James in Stafford is the only shop I know who will not offer a full refund on non fit for purpose goods even with a valid receipt. The sad thing is that other Warren James stores will and I can only say what a difference the Stockport branch was, the team are so polite and nothing is too much trouble and I recieved a full refund. I found that in Stafford the manager did not want to listen to me even though I had a receipt and I was being extremely friendly, in no uncertain terms did she offer me a refund but did tell me that "I am the manager and I am telling you that you are not going to recieve a refund" even after my jewellry fell apart in her assistants hand she repeated the same line several times of "I am the manager and I am telling you that you are not going to recieve a refund" Her managerial skills are non-existant and her peoples skills are a disgrace. She is a disgrace to Warren James in Stafford and thanks to her poor assistance I will never step foot in a Warren James store again. Beware that Warren James do not offer refunds on faulty goods even when a valid receipt is produced. Very Poor Indeed. If I could offer zero stars I would.
