We visited Abington Park the other day, just to practice some disc golf at the back of the park. The area was clean, tidy, and a perfect spot for our game. A really nice open space that’s well looked after – ideal for activities like this.
Lovely park with lots to do. Woodland area to explore in. Lakes with many wildlife to see. Excellent playground for kids to play in and a quiet area to chill too. Picnic area and also huge grass areas for football and games. Great to spend a few hours in for all ages.
Great place. A beautiful park for sit, relax & walk. park's vast expanse of lush greenery and serene lakes creates an atmosphere of tranquility. The well-equipped playgrounds provide ample space for kids to run, play, and explore. There are picnic areas where families can enjoy a delightful outdoor meal, surrounded by nature's beauty. Only thing its lacks is a proper toilet facility.
Plenty of space for children to runaround with swings, slides and other amusements. Small lake so keep an eye on the children. Tennis courts, bowling green a cafe and bandstand everything for a fun filled outing to the park. Lots of free parking all around the park.

The most beautiful park in Northampton. The old boating lake (East Lake), is great to walk around with a range of wildlife to spot. Ducks, swans, geese, coots, moorhens and herons. Central to the park and easy walking distance to the playground, museum, aviary and Park Café.
Cool park. Huge green area where you can walk. Kids park is well equipped. Lake full of birds, you can feed them only with bird seeds.
