   Beckets Park Embankment is a unique walk which should be a must for anybody wishing to explore Northampton. This is a beautiful meandering walkway, following the River Nene, as it meanders through the history of Northampton, from the decrepit old railways sidings, past the new Marina and University, and bordered by Beckets Park, through to the wildlife conservation areas and to Hardingstone.
