   Good facilities however when I swim it smells pungent like sewer water at the entrance end to the pool. It also says 3ft at the shallow end,but it is even shorter as I'm banging my knees compared to other pools.

   I got assistance today from a really lovely female member of staff. I had a total hip replacement December 2023 and my gripix socks were very slippy. A kind lady in the changing room went to get a staff member to help me. I had lost my confidence to go for a swim. The female staff member came to support me to get in and out of the pool. Excellent caring professional service. Thankyou very much.

   Midweek swimming here is very stressful. The changing rooms in particular, after swimming lessons for small humans, are AWFUL. The changing rooms are disgusting. There are parents helping their children shower, not a problem, but wearing your dirty shoes where people have to walk bare foot is disgusting. Using the showers to get clean is impossible and there is no staff cleaning up and making it clean again. Don't forget the nappies in changing rooms just left, talc all over the floor and whatever cream someone dropped all over the floor. There should definitely be a cap how many people are allowed in both pools, I don't care about profits and service, if there's too many people you can't swim anyway. Allowing people to book would be a far better system than this free for all and disgusting. Would make staffs jobs easier so that they keep the place sanitary too. When did people get so vile.

   Lovely and clean, two nice pools and numerous other sports to choose from. Very nice café for refreshments.

   Both the pools are great although rather cold for babies, the changing rooms could dovwith updating, especially the showers but for the price it's really good. There is also extra sessions for children such as mermaid tail swimming ( extra cost £7). The cafe is a decent price and the staff were lovely

   Lovely leisure centre the staff very friendly and helpful. You got the swimming pool and the gym and sports hall and squash courts and also out side football pitch and skate park. There also run different fitness classes.

   Looks a great place. Plenty of activity. To be honest though I only went to see if I could launch a kayak… not many accessible on the Ancholme. Spot on place here
