   Absolutely distraught yesterday my mums funeral casket spray was awful , I ordered a 6ft spray to cover the whole casket at £350 and was absolutely devastated to see what they sent it had gaps everywhere and was tiny compared to the website photo , haven’t even be offered any type of a refund or apology

   I ordered the "Pink Serenity" arrangement for my friend's birthday, expecting a beautiful and thoughtful surprise based on the photos on the website. Unfortunately, the bouquet that arrived was nothing like what was advertised. The carnations were a completely different color, there was no eucalyptus or bear grass as shown on the photo and the description mentioned, and the arrangement as a whole did not resemble the design shown online. It felt like no effort was made to match the product to the description, which was incredibly disappointing for such an important occasion. I trusted this shop to deliver something special, but the experience fell far short of expectations. I won't be ordering from here again.

   I will put 0 if I could so first thing they didn’t have what I’ve order second thing for 60 pounds they did bring me 4 normal Roses and 6 Asda roses what was dying already 3 thing no one did answer the door and they just left it at the front door even I’ve put in instruction if no one is answering to give me a call I will never use your service again. Thx u made someone birthday “great” hope u get the same.. The quality of the flowers are the pure its not even worth 30 pounds I can buy better flower for 25 pounds from Waitrose.Look at the flowers they are dying is not worth the money at all avoid the place don’t buy from her.

   Second order this year and my nan loved them. They deliver carefully and conscientiously and the driver is very polite (she says!). Flowers last a long time and seem to be good value for money. I've tried other online services and they've often fell short.

   Very impressed with the services I received. They went above and beyond to make sure my mother-in-law got her flowers, including helping me to locate which store she would be working in. When she wasn't at the store they arranged to deliver them to her home. They did not charge me extra for the mix up and extra delivery. My mother-in-law was equally impressed with her flowers, describing them as totally stunning. They were a beautiful, well arranged, large bouquet. I have used different florists in the past but going forward I will be using this florist for the foreseeable future. Thank you Milton Keynes Florist.
