“Ordered birthday flowers - explained some flowers that my wife likes and while they were not in season, the lady made an amazing bouquet for pickup at 9am on the day. Beautiful bouquet that filled the room with fragrance … the next day I was able to arrange and get 3 vase full of flowers from the one main bouquet. No fuss straight forward service with good quality flowers. PS: used to use prestige flowers but after poor customer experience when they lost an order and weren’t even apologetic I find using (& supporting) our local flower shop refreshing.”
