I had a beautiful delivery of flowers for my birthday, organised by my husband and staff. The staff member my husband spoke to was so helpful and thankfully understood our sense of humour when writing the card. She helped my husband pick out the most beautiful flowers and I can't stop admiring them. Thank you all so much for making my birthday so special!
Words cannot describe how delighted I am in choosing this amazing Florist's to deliver, Valentine's flowers to my Girlfriend. I placed a late order never dreaming I would get a slot and Willis Flower's accommodated perfectly. Ordered birthday flowers - explained some flowers that my wife likes and while they were not in season, the lady made an amazing bouquet for pickup at 9am on the day. Beautiful bouquet that filled the room with fragrance … the next day I was able to arrange and get 3 vase full of flowers from the one main bouquet. No fuss straight forward service with good quality flowers. PS: used to use prestige flowers but after poor customer experience when they lost an order and weren’t even apologetic I find using (& supporting) our local flower shop refreshing.

Willis Flowers is, quite simply, the best. We live in the U.S. and have used them for years to send flowers for various events and celebrations with family that live in the Milton Keynes area of England. The flowers and plants they provide are always top shelf. And the staff! My goodness, they are always so kind and helpful while also being extremely knowledgeable and professional. You can’t go wrong with this florist.
Telephone order to request funeral flowers was very efficient. Was given honest advice about the limited availability of royal blue flowers in February and recommended alternatives. Was pleasantly surprised to be sent a photo of the arrangement and the flower card the day before the funeral asking if I required any changes to the arrangement or the flower card and advised that they had managed to source royal blue delphiniums at Covent Garden the previous night. The arrangement was stunning, the handwriting on the card was neat and well laid out and their customer service from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Five star quality and service from a delightful family run florist.
