   Can highly recommend. I ordered 4 different bouquets for a presentation. Delivered exactly at the time agreed. All were beautiful with the flowers matching the different coloured boxes. All were very pleased and one lady has just told me her flowers have lasted a month. Amazing, long lasting fresh flowers much better than flowers from elsewhere. Will definitely use again.

   Petal Cascade provided a coffin tribute for my Mum's funeral which was absolutely stunning. Pat was so helpful when I spoke to her to order it and the colours of the flowers was exactly what I requested. This is the second time I've used Petal Cascade as they also provided the tribute for my Dad's funeral which included a special request for poppies which they were able to do. I would highly recommend them.

   Disgustingly rude staff! They didn’t look up to greet me, one member of staff made a sarcastic comment at me and the second member spoke to me as if I was a parasite that had just entered the shop. I walked straight back out and would never give them my custom. There is no excuse to treat anyone in this manner let alone a customer! I have noticed there are several reviews of a similar vein so if you would like to be treated with respect and valued as a customer then DO NOT use this place!

   Ordered a pink cushion tribute online for my sister’s funeral. Delivery and customer service were first class. When I saw the cushion of flowers at the funeral, I was astounded that it looked even better than the picture on the website. I think that everyone at the funeral commented on how nice it looked. Will definitely use again - hopefully not for a funeral next time!
