Helena were so accommodating with last minute changes and created the most spectacular arrangements for both our church and marquee, along with a beautiful hoop of flowers to go above our bar!    We hired Helena at By Arrangement to do the flowers for our wedding on 30th April 2025, and were thrilled with the results. We had beautiful bouquets, a stunning archway, incredible centre pieces, and buttonholes that were all perfectly balanced and hit our brief perfectly. She was friendly, personable, and professional throughout, and was open to trying new and dofferent techniques to traditional arrangements (we wanted japanese Ikebana for our centre pieces). I wanted to see what our flowers would look like before the big day to make sure they were right, and when I asked Helena about doing a mock up, she offered to do our theme for a wedding fare she would attend as a supplier. All we had to do was let her know which fare we could attend, and she made up her arrangements in the same way she planned to for our day, at no charge! An absolutely genius and massively appreciated way of showcasing what she had in mind for us, that allowed us to tweak and adjust elements to make it perfect! She was happy to take feedback and provided preliminary test pieces of the ikebana to ensure the final result matched our imagination for the big day. We even had a cake disaster the day before the wedding, and after I messaged her to see if it was possible to put together some pieces for my cake, she did so with no hesitation, saving me and my cake. The team of ladies that arrived on the day were helpful and worked well to make sure that each piece was where it should be, asking for feedback from us to ensure everything was right and looked its best, even with the unusually warm weather we had! On top of the flowers, she also provided table runners, chair sashes and posies, glass jars and little tea lights, that just pulled everything together, and made it all one unified aesthetic. Would highly recommend.

   Perfect and stunningly beautiful! We booked Helena after seeing them at a wedding fair and both of us fell in love with the arrangements on top of woven willow trees. Everything on the day was perfect! The trees were stunning, so much so that not did most of the guests comment on them, but staff were taking pictures, and the venue manager asked for their number as his fiance also loved the pictures he had sent her. I 100% recommend Helena, some of the communication before hand was a little disorganised, but don't be put off by this as everything on the day was wonderful and even better than I imagined.

My partner and I both had little experience with flowers and Helena's expertise came through from the get go with reassurance and experience. We loved how the tables and venue were set up, it quite simply perfection - there wasn't a single thing i would change about it. Without a doubt would recommend.

   Wow what can I say…we were completely blown away by our wedding flowers Sept 2023. We met with Helena way back in the beginning of the year…with a few blank photos of the venue we was using….Chester house had only just started doing weddings. Helena gave some ideas…complete with photos of her work and the ideas started flowing… Broken arch who would of thought of that…absolutely beautiful even Chester house were blown away by it they asked for details. I will add some photos of the flowers…they will do the talking all by themselves…highly recommend. We are forever grateful for helping our day even more beautiful. X Kara & Simon

   Absolutely amazing service. The flowers on our day were incredible. We had a consultation pre COVID where we looked through a range of options to meet the colour theme of the day. Helena was very informative and provided excellent suggestions for our day. She was also very good with moving from our original date to our new date due to COVID. The level of detail in the arrangements was amazing. Communications was excellent.
