   Went here for our works Christmas do for bottomless brunch got told their was no food and they would knock £5 off, even though the cheapest meal was £8. Had to walk up the street to use the toilet as their was sick everywhere the entire time we were there. Drinks were awful had no taste and karaoke was far too loud, dj kept saying I looked miserable too lol

   Did go on opening night service was good then. Bog standard food that time . Went again the following week . They were staff down took half an hour to get first drink on bottomless brunch . Ended up having to order 2 lots worth at once as if we didnt then we'd be waiting even longer !! We also didnt get food as the bar staff who was serving was also the chef. If we'd have had the food which is sub par anyway we'd have waited even longer !! We were somewhat compensated with extra time and some shots . The company and atmosphere is what made it in the end.

   me and my partner had been coming to bloom for years and previously loved it, however our recent visit left a lot to be desired. We booked a table for 8pm and found the venue fairly empty with a DJ playing obscenely loud music to the point that we could not hear eachother and left with a headache. Even after putting in earplugs it was too loud. The staff were fairly polite however the cocktails were lukewarm and not drinkable. Pretty sure my cocktail was mixed in a cocktail shaker (as evident by the disgusting spume looking foam that made up most of the drink) but they didn’t use any ice. We ended up leaving after like 10 minutes. I was shocked that staff at a cocktail bar were so incapable of actually making a cocktail. If you want a better made cocktail, save your money and go to the Wetherspoons next door. It’s disappointing to see such a lovely place go so down hill.

   We had a lovely time visiting for lunch. The staff were incredibly friendly and took a genuine interest in our experience. Our server was very attentive even though it was quite busy. The food, although took a while, was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We felt very relaxed and not rushed at all. Would definitely recommend.

   Greeted at the door by the owner it was a lovely welcome. Our server Matthew was very attentive, well managed and we were never left with an empty glass of the table. The food was absolutely amazing, it’s the best food I’ve had in a long time. Portion sizes were just perfect for a brunch. Highly recommend the buttermilk chicken with waffles. Overall I would highly recommend the bottomless brunch , you get your moneys worth, the food is amazing and you’ve constantly got a drink in your hand .

   Really helpful staff... cocktails nice. Food nice (although not enough of it being as it is a "bottomless brunch"). Best service out of the two in Stoke-on-Trent, with staff on top of their game (waiting on, professionalism, politeness & always smiling) Would recommend Newcastle Bloom every time.

   First time here, loved the atmosphere of the place, so inviting. The food is delicious and the cocktails are amazing, so many to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely be going again. Only 1 tip I'd give the staff is to not tell a customer to hurry up because their are others waiting, kind of ruined the evening. We still had plenty of time left over. You get the table for 1 hr and a half. We had food and 3 cocktails each, that all takes time to prep and cook before being served. Just need to be mindful of the time, which we were.
