   Loved it. Staff were extremely helpful and brought the food quickly. The food was SO NICE OMG!!! I had Mac and cheese, spicy rice and a chicken burger and let me tell you I was STUFFED but still it was AMAZING!!! The food was lovely and warm, tasted very fresh and newly made. The atmosphere is also very nice, with very calm but quirky decorations inside the restaurant. Price also was very reasonable. Would definitely return.

   Great food, really enjoyed our time here. Definitely will be coming back again. The server that we had was lovely and made sure everything was going good for us, she was very kind and made sure we knew where everything was as it had been a while since we had been. We got sat down as soon as we walked in too which was great. Thank you so much for the great service and food. Charlie was especially great.

   Great food. Nice staff. When we walked in we were greeted by one staff member and passed onto another as we were waiting to be seated. The second waitress didn’t say follow me or anything like that (if she did we missed it) and we just kind of stood there wondering what happens next until she turned around, noticed we didn’t just follow and then called us over from where she was stood. Made us laugh a little at the confusion. Great food and fast service. So much so we managed to catch the earlier viewing at the cinema next door. Will return & recommend.

   A Five-Star Fiery Treat in Stoke-on-Trent! I recently had a wonderful dining experience at the Nando's located in the Intu Potteries shopping centre in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, and I highly recommend it to everyone! The food, as always, was absolutely great. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, and the Peri-Peri flavour was spot on—truly the tasty, satisfying meal you expect from Nando's. It's the perfect spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. However, what truly made this visit exceptional was the staff. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. I must give a special, massive thank you to a lady named Hannah. She went above and beyond to ensure my table was looked after, serving with a genuine smile and a level of professionalism that is rare to find, and then supported the staff in the cooking area. Her energy and helpfulness made the whole experience run smoothly. Thanks to the great food and the truly excellent staff, especially Hannah, this Nando's location is a winner.    Very good food and staff are very helpful. I read a lot of bad reviews about this place, but I would definitely go there again with family as I did last time. Everyone likes good service but does not like mentioning the good service. Keep it up, guys and gals u will see me soon.

   Loud but great food, very cosy, very accommodating of wheelchair use. Highly recommend the vegetarian/vegan options and the vusa hot sauce. Also, they have really good garlic bread.

   Lovely place, staff were friendly and so helpful as there were about 20 of us and they went out of their way for us. The only down side for me was the portion size. My bf and I ordered a sharing platter and honestly I could have eaten the full thing and I'm not even a massive foodie. Overall we had a great time and would definitely go again!
