I ordered my wedding bouquet and matching decoration for our wedding cake here and I loved them both! Staff was very helpful and friendly and helpful.
Ordered a bouquet and boutonniere for our understated wedding at the Cambridge Registry Office - both were exactly as requested and promised. I had asked for blue hydrangea (they reminded me of home stateside) and asked for some accompanying greenery. I was provided a quote and was able to pay ahead of the day of the wedding (it was nice to be able to avoid day of transactions). I absolutely loved my bouquet and appreciated that Andrew's boutonniere complemented the bouquet (including a little sprig of hydrangea). The shop (which I had a chance to visit after the wedding itself) is really lovely! Would happily do business here again.
Unfortunately my experience was similar to Emma's and I didn't really feel that the staff were interested. After two attempts to set up a consultation re wedding flowers I gave up and went elsewhere.
My husband and I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day from The Flower House. We used their online order form since we are out of the country and it was incredibly easy. They emailed us when they had received our request and we called them with our payment info. We decided to go this route instead of ordering from an FTD (or online order) florist in hopes that the bouquet would be better quality. I'm happy to say that my mother-in-law sent a photo of the bouquet and it was above and beyond our expectations. She was delighted and said it smelled wonderful.
I have been ordering flowers each year in July for many years. I call from Melbourne Australia and have had excellent service each time. This year I discussed including wine with the flowers and was told that you did'nt supply wine yourselves but was given the name of a wine merchant down the road. The person on the phone told me to call her back and confirm the wine purchase and that she would collect it and make sure it was delivered with the flowers. I thought this was amazing wonderful service and I really appreciated that extra effort that you went to.. My friend was delighted with both the flowers and the wine and I was delighted with the friendly efficient and impressive service.Thank you for going the extra mile,and for making my friends birthday so special.
