   Appalling service. I visited the shop in Hessle to purchase a personalised print as a gift. The women in the shop took all the details i.e. the child’s full name, DOB and the chosen colour for the lettering. I was made aware at the time of ordering that there was a short delay due to a backlog of orders they had for Mother’s Day. However, 2 months later and I still haven’t received my order. I have rang the shop twice (during opening hours) and there has been no answer. I contacted them directly via Facebook, which is when I received a response asking for my order details. After responding to their message immediately, I didn’t hear back for another 2 weeks, therefore I had to message them again asking for an update. I then received a message a week later on Facebook to say she hadn’t received my message. However, I responded to that message on Facebook and a reply quickly came through to say I should message them via WhatsApp. I’m assuming this was an excuse for their bad customer service. After contacting the shop on WhatsApp, it has now taken ANOTHER WEEK for a response and they’re asking for the same details given at the time of ordering. I chose to travel 50 minutes to the shop to look at the prints and specially choose the colour and wording, which has turned out to be a huge waste of my time, as I have cancelled my order.

   Sent me a birthday card which arrived damaged, 2nd card also damaged but worse. They requested the cards back which I sent but time was now late and I needed the card so I sent first class signed for. Only then was I told they would only pay for 2nd class. Interesting that I was only told this after they had agreed to pay the return postage and they had received the cards back. It wouldn't hurt for them to refund my postage even if only as a gesture of good will. This whole thing leaves a very nasty taste. I would definitely not recommend this company, they lie and try to deceive the customer.

   I am so disappointed, I ordered a card on Tuesday for collection on Thursday, for my granddaughters first birthday. I paid £8 up front and have just been to collect it and the shop was closed. No idea why. I would be reluctant to order from them again and feel very let down.
