   We came in to see Leanne today, literally from the time of the phone call to arranging the appointment we were there within 20 minutes. We couldn't find the shop and we called, she came downstairs and waited for us outside so we could find her studio. Leanne was so lovely, everyone there was so lovely. My daughter is neurodivergent and Leanne without me even informing her of this, Leanna was absolutely amazing and gave my daughter a teddy to cuddle with spoken reassurance throughout and incentives for after which were sweets. I am beyond grateful for the experience, for how amazing Leanne is and also not charging a fortune like everywhere else. Thank you so much again, I have been smiling ever since we stepped foot into your studio and once we left. From Tanisha xx

   Amazinggg!! The staff is so kind and polite. I got my septum and stud piercings done, the piercing lady is so professional and definitely will be coming back for any future piercings. She was making sure I’m comfortable at all times and was very patient. I recommend her,she’s a legend.

   I had a cover up done today by Richard and I couldn’t be any happier with it. It’s absolutely beautiful, exactly what I had imagined and covered up my old tattoo so well. I couldn’t recommend this studio enough, I felt so comfortable and the staff are so lovely! I’ll be going here for all my future tattoos!!

   I've been going to refined since there doors opened and will continue to do so until they close or i run out of skin, Cannot recommend enough!. Such a laid back and friendly environment. the studio is always spotless and mr Harrison is nothing but helpful and easy to talk to!

   I am currently getting a leg tattoo done created by Tich. He has talked me though everything, his ideas and colours and incorporated any ideas of mine! He is a great tatto artist. Hr creates a calm atmosphere and so chatty that it instantly puts you at ease! I wouldn't go anywhere else for ink!
