   Due to being let down by someone, we needed to kennel our 2 dogs at short notice and Bramshall were happy to accommodate. They'd never been in kennels before so were a bit apprehensive but the kennels looked great so made the booking. Our dogs came back happy as pigs in muck as if they'd never been away which was ace. Would definitely use Bramshall again in the future. Thank you!

   Disclaimer: This review is not intended to badmouth the business; it is simply my subjective opinion based on my experience with this kennel. A Disappointing Experience I was recommended this place by someone I know and trust, who advised me that Bramshall Boarding Kennels are very good. As I had never used a kennel before, I had a few questions and decided to call for a chat. I called twice on different days, but both times my call was rejected, and I received a message asking me to either send an email or contact them via WhatsApp. After my second unanswered call, I followed their instructions and sent a WhatsApp message—but received no reply. I waited for a response and then followed up with a text message. Still, no response. It has now been a week since my initial attempt to contact Sarah, but unfortunately, I have not heard back. I would not trust a kennel that fails to communicate properly. What if I wanted to check on my dog's well-being? What if I needed to amend my booking? Or if there was an emergency? Of course, it’s possible that I was simply unlucky, but no matter how highly recommended a kennel may be, I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my pet somewhere that does not respond to even a basic enquiry.

   My little baby has just had a week holiday at bramshall kennels whilst I was abroad. Absolutely couldn't recommend enough! She was so relaxed ate all her meals. Did not even bother whilst being dropped off. I was updated every other day. The kennels are kept so clean and all the staff especially the owner are amazing. I cannot thank them all enough for taking such brilliant care of my fur baby. Will definitely be only using them from now on.

   Dogs just had their first half day stay and first time in a kennel. The owner is amazing and so are the staff. The place itself is probably one of the nicest kennels I've seen. 100% recommend and so do the dogs!

   I can’t praise Sarah and family at Bramshall kennels enough! We used the kennels for our Lurcher, Sky, when we visited Alton Towers for the weekend. From start to finish Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful, and her love of dogs is clear. The kennels facilities are impressive and modern and I am certain that Sky had the best weekend. Should we ever need to use kennels again we’ll come here, despite the fact it is over an hours drive away from home - our experience was that good!

   We used Bramshall for our puppy for the first week that they opened. We had a tour of the kennels before they opened and the whole team were so supportive and put us at ease. We had regular updates how she was getting on and the team were great at putting our minds at ease. The staff when we picked her up we’re lovely, and had clearly spend time with her as they knew her nature. They were understanding of dogs needs and had done what was best for her whilst staying there. She was groomed before we got there to pick her up - it’s so refreshing that she came back not smelling! Would definitely use this kennels again and I am sure our dog would love to go back there too! Thanks so much for looking after her.

   Met Sarah and her family a few weeks ago for a tour! The place is pristine! Perfect customer service, super friendly, approachable and safe! The set up of the kennels has been thought out every step of the way and includes every detail you could think of! After using over a weekend our pooch was happy and had clearly had the best time! Would 100% Bramshall Boarding Kennels. It’s refreshing for a business to have a family feel. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
