    Rude arrogant homophobic pharmacy staff. The Asian pharmacist took great pleasure in outing me in front of other customers and announced loudly what prescription medication I was collecting. While he and a younger assistant smirked. My sexuality and my medications are not something I should have to defend or apologise for. Vile disgusting behaviour which I have reported to their head office and will be reporting to the General Pharmaceutical Council

    Superdrug itself is fine but the pharmacist goes on their lunch break 12-1 pm... I understand they are a person like the rest of us but this is incredibly frustrating for working people who can only visit at this time...

    I really do appreciate the pharmacy staff doing their best to provide everyone's medication, I understand it is a busy and difficult time, thank you so much for doing your best to provide me with enough tablets to see me into the new year until the rest arrive. I was a little confused during the explanation so I hope it didn't look like I was disappointed, because I really do appreciate what the staff there are doing for everyone!

    A Superdrug employee went out her way to recognise that my carrier from Tesco beeped at the Superdrug entrance and offered to take off security tag that Tesco Beverley failed to pick up when I bought a jumper from there. This was excellent customer service from Superdrug and saved me much frustration had I got all the way home with a security tag still on the jumper.

    The pharmacy staff are not the best. My average wait to be served is 5 to 10 minutes. No "we'll be with you shortly" or "sorry for the wait" even when there is four people waiting. Which condidering we're supposed to be 2m apart blocks the shop. Seriously considering a change in my nominated pharmacy.
