   Can’t recommend the shop enough, very glad I’ve come across it. All members of staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and ensured my experience was stress free with their great customer service. I want to say thank you to Ben, Adrian, Magda and Casper for their help. I was asked to leave a score review out of 10, I gave a score of 10 to reflect on the perfect service I had as I hope this helps them out as it’s the least I can do to thank them.

   I bought a xbox 1 s from here when i tuck it home to set it up i noticed it had system errors and i could not get it fixed without sending it into microsoft i tried to take it back with the receipt but they would give my money back said the problem was my fault even though i bought it like this. Long and short of the story is dont ever buy tech from here unless you want to waste your money.

   A manager that lies as easy as she breathes! Whilst in Hull I sent some money to a chap in the Philippines who was in some difficulty but the transfer could not be traced, so I had to do another 46 mile round trip to the shop in Hull to find out why and we discovered an error in the reference number. A day later, my friend who was now in dire straights still could not recover the funds I had sent and the manager advised that I should make a third trip!!! I said no, please recall the funds! She lied and said this is not possible and I know it is a blatant lie! They warn you that people try to scam you in the Philippines well I am warning you that the Cash Shop in Hull scams you and then lies to you! Thank heavens I sent just £20.00 and not £200!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR THE MANAGERESS!

   staff breaking the law by telling you that if you buy a second hand phone from them, and then that phone becomes blacklisted, that your reciept no longer applies, and a refund/replacement is no longer covered by the shop. This is a breach of the consumer act as well as providing products that are fit for purpose. In addition it breaks the law by attempting to convince customers that their statutory rights do not apply. Avoid at all costs....
