   Maybe not the best place chosen in error , but an Ebel 1911 watch was taken in for them to send off for valuation . Already had a rough idea of the items worth so the shop was given a chance . The valuation of the timepiece came back at less than £400 . They always stated the valuation people they used really knew their job . Apparently not in this case . If anyone knows anything at all about the Ebel line of watches you would also know their history and worth . It became more that obvious that they were undercutting in a huge way . The watch itself was not an easy watch to find online so already knew it's rareness. Upon calling to go and collect I was told they did not know where it was and the fact I had a sale the same day they had to be pushed to get the item found . Watch was collected and takes to a more reputable dealer the same day for the watch to be valued and sold for a 4 figure sum , not less than 400 pounds . They either had zero clue on what they were looking at or that really good ! Valuation team were blind . Last option is chancing the opertunity to rip a customer off and make good money on a further sale . Avoid like the plague if it's a valuable item . Sell your tat and nothing more .

   Shocked by the level of service. Absolutely fantastic. Offered me a much better price than anywhere on Anlaby Road or even in town. The guy explained everything in detail. Even emailed me a copy of my paperwork incase I lost mine. Even better I was told I'd get a discount if back within 10 days. Very pleasantly surprised.

   Terrible experience. Pawned my phone just to find out that they displayed the phone for purchase when I came back in to take it back. Got 200£ for the phone and turned out I had to pay the full price of 499£ to buy it back. Absolute joke! Very rude staff especially the girl at the counter. She assured me that she won't put my phone for sale and the next day BOOM my phone is up for sale
