   I purchased a PS4 pro which I had to take back as the fans were as loud as a hoover and constant and the console was not even cooling down. The HDMI cable did not work and the controller is drifting. I would never buy another item from this shop especially when CEX is next door and cash converters is around the corner. The staff were nice but the fact I have now had to replace the cable and the controller at my own cost is not acceptable. No Stars!!!! Avoid like the plague.

   Bought a PS4 Pro, got home and plugged it in and immediatly had the faint smell of burning. Started a game and the console sounded like it was about to take off. I have owned one before and this was way worse than my previous PS4's i have had in the past. My next door neighbour is a technician fixing electronics etc so asked him to have a look. He had to open it cause he thought it had never been serviced or looked at. Attached pics of the PS4 pro the same day i bought it. Plus the controller supplied with the console also was faulty, the R3 buttun was caked in some kind of residue that stopped the R3 button from working properly. Now i know whay they plaster waaranty stickers all over their second hand products, because they do not want you to see the state they of the products they sell.

   I honestly don’t care about anything, but I reserved a 3ds from there and they even let me try it out! since the place is closed by the time of writing this I’m really excited to get the 3ds. a shop is a shop honestly. and cash generator is the place I go to if CEX and CashConverters don’t have what I need. the 3ds xl was a bit overpriced, with the price being 165 pound for a pretty used 3ds, it works and it even has a stylus and charger too! it’s okay to pay an extra 10-30 pound if you don’t want to buy from eBay and wait forever to get something.

   terrible place, refused to return the money (although the receipt stated that the return is within 7 days) returned the evening two days after the purchase, refused to return the money I ended up selling them their phone and losing £75
