“Purchased a gents 9ct gold omega 2nd hand watch today and wanted a fresh strap putting on it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming considering it was my first visit to the shop. They were not happy with how the new strap fitted and they were that meticulous that they would not hand it to me until it was perfect. I would have no concerns about recommending them to others and I will use them again ……… and for those that know me, they will realise it won’t be too long before I am back.”
