   Ordered a Protrek Casio online and delivered to Scunthorpe store. The product came with incorrect packaging and manual. The back of the watch had sticker glue cemented to it. Contacted this branch and they located the missing packaging with manual and cleaned the rear of the watch. The staff were very polite and helpful and cleaned the back of the watch. Great stuff!
