People at the counter were swearing and there were under 8 year olds in there. Extremely disappointed,glad it's closing.
Really really bad service here. Shockingly bad! The store manager ( Rosina England )& her child worker friend have zero training in how to run a shop or even deal with a customer. These 2 girls running this shop will lose all customers. They have zero interest in helping a customer & simply don't seem to care about their job. Will never come back to this store again. Hopefully they will be replaced with staff who actually know what they are doing.
Zero stars! Very disappointed with the poor service from the Scunthorpe claire's accessories store. Rang to book a birthday party, we went through the options for the party and told them that it would be for 8 children which the person said would be find and a date was agreed. I agreed to come into the store the next day to fill the forms in and pay the deposit required. After making the special trip into pay, the cashier told me we wouldn't be able to book the party for only 8 children. I advised the cashirer of the conversation and booking made only the day before. She then rang the lady who I had spoken to who admitted that she had said that was OK. The cashier told the lady off, saying it can only be 10 for a party infront of me and asked the lady why she had told me this which she said she didnt know. I found this very uncomfortable and unprofessional. It seems that further training is required for the staff at the Scunthorpe Claire's store in their own policy's but also in the way they act and speak unfront of customers I and the parents of the children who were to attend the party won't be using Claire's infuture.

I took my Daughter to your shop in sconthorpe last Saturday she had her ears pieced. I paid £100 pound for these diamond studs they were so small that today I to take het to hospital because they get stuck inside her ear and we could not get them out. She was told to keep turning and clean them everyday and they were that small stud this is what happened. I am not happy with your stud s especially the amount I paid for them.
My daughter had her ears pierced here this week. The lady was very friendly and professional and put my daughter at ease. Very quick and painless £38 included a very nice pair of flower studs and all the aftercare. Very happy!
