Last Xmas I rang Graham's up to ask for several Xmas arrangements to be delivered. They were so helpful, friendly and efficient and my friends and family were delighted with them. I ordered and paid for them over the phone which can be a risk but the flowers were beautiful and lasted for ages. They even delivered one to South Cave for me. When my brother passed recently I didn't hesitate to ring Graham's. Over the phone we ordered and paid for a warm coffin spray ( and tweaked it a little ) and 3 letters too saying RAY. They delivered them to EW BROWNS funeral parlour and they were absolutely perfect . Everyone commented on them . We are so grateful to them . I shall be ordering my Xmas flowers soon and I will not go anywhere else . Graham's are first class and totally reliable. Thankyou all very much. Lorraine x
Great service and 2 very happy Grandmas I don't live near my grandma's but wanted to send them some flowers for their birthdays this year and found Graham's online. I sent one set to one grandma earlier in the year for her birthday and she loved them, then found this autumnal firecracker bunch for my other grandma with a September birthday, who loved her flowers even more. I've never been in store so only went off online reviews and the website and happy to say the arrangements looked even better than on the website! The ordering system on the website was really good too, you could pick exactly which day you wanted delivery, add your own personal message which they hand write on the card and also give the recipients mobile number as well as your own so they could sort out delivery. Couldn't ask for anything more!
