My son ordered through Interflora a Pastel bouquet at a cost of £72.50 for me for Mother's Day, see picture one. The order went to Florista Hull and the second photo is their interpretation of a pastel bouquet, the most garish awful colours put together. Picture three is of the purple flower at the front already dying. Absolutely appalling service. Interflora has arranged a full refund but this doesn't make up for the disappointment of receiving such awful flowers.
Sent flowers to my Mum before using a large national company, resulting in a very poor quality bunch of flowers. So, thought I’d try a local independent florist ‘Florista’ this time. Very quick to answer phone and process order. Delivered early the next morning, as promised and the flower display was amazing. Thank you Florista for an excellent service, you made my Mum’s day 10/10

I phoned in the morning and asked if flowers could be delivered to my mum in Hull infirmary, they were delivered same day and were absolutely beautiful! Mum has been very poorly and the beautiful flowers and chocolate box made her very happy. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
My Dad used to buy my flowers from Florista on Anlaby Road each year for my birthday, since then whenever I need flowers I ALWAYS come here. The staff are so kind, and always so helpful. The flowers are always absolutely beautiful too. I visited this morning asking for a blue bouquet for a baby shower, and the staff did everything they could with the little they had to create an amazing bunch for me whilst I waited. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
