    Our dog Bronson has stayed here on at least 3 occasions over the years. He recently stayed last week. The staff are brilliant. They ask all the questions you want them to ask to ensure your dog is given the best care. Bron came back happy, chilled, he clearly was well looked after and given enough fuss. We took him to a different kennel and he was withdrawn, sullen and kept giving us the side eye - there was non of this when staying here.

    Always very good,so convenient and the girls are so friendly.They've built some new chalets for the cats and they look good,clean and modern.Some dogs nearby may be a problem but they soon settle down.Drop off and pickup anytime is really useful and quick.The Fairfield is on a very busy road so be careful leaving the premises.Wouldnt go anywhere else !

    Have been taking my Sprocker to this incredible kennels since she as a pup. She can suffer from anxiety from time to time and is sometimes hesitant around new people or people she doesn't interact with on a regular basis. However, she is totally at ease eith the girls who work here, and is more than happy to trot off with whomever handles her on the day when it's time for me to go. Cannot recommend these kennels enough to people who are looking for somewhere safe and secure with fantastic staff.

    Staff are friendly and welcoming, good communication when pets stay providing updates, each pen and kennel have individual heat lamps for colder nights, kennels are clean. Been taking pets to Fairfields for over 20 years and never had any problems. They really care about your pet which puts us at ease.

    Not enough heat lamps for all cats. Had to ask for our cat to have a heat lamp 4 times (we called repeatedly and didn't get confirmation) despite saying our cat is a house cat not used to cold weather. Cat returned thin and bony. Lots of food not eaten. Even though we said - please throw away old food and replace with new. Lastly, cattery is run by two secondary school age teenagers who we didn't feel were mature or responsible enough.

    We were so worried about putting our dog into a kennel, especially our frenchie who suffers with separation anxiety and zoomies, but he loved it, and the girls are so lovely too! Thank you so much for looking after our Georgie x

    Our dog kaiser has been visiting Fairfield for a number of years now. All the staff are so friendly and happy to help, well priced and kaiser always comes out happy and has no issues going in when we take him. We have had some awful experiences at other kennels and we are over the moon that we finally found Fairfield and with the love and care he receives at whilst he's there.
