   What can we say other than WOW! Rafters florists did our button holes, bouquets and bridesmaid headdress for our wedding back in August. They were exactly what we wanted and more… honestly couldn’t be happier. Kelsey and the team were incredible to deal with and reassuring and genuine in their responses. With all the worries of wedding planning, I didn’t have to worry about the flowers once. Thank you so so much Kelsey- you’re a star.

   We chose Rafters as our wedding florist and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. Every arrangement was stunning and truly brought the room to life—elegant, vibrant, and beautifully curated. The bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids were exactly what we had envisioned, full of character and perfectly matched to our theme. The florals were lush and abundant, and we received so many compliments from guests throughout the day. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully crafted. We genuinely loved everything they created, and so did everyone else. The fireplace stole the show with the most stunning arrangement we have ever seen! What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. They were always open to us popping into the shop with whatever query we had and that made the whole experience feel personal and special. We cannot thank Rafters enough and would highly recommend this local business.

   My husband and I are not from the area so we struggled to find a florist for our wedding. We came across Rafters after a little bit of googling. I shared my inspiration with the ladies and they were so accommodating to what I would like, offering to spray certain flowers as my colour scheme was black and gold. Every member of staff I spoke to had so much knowledge and expertise which also really helped! The girls were always quick to respond and this is so helpful with suppliers! I was so nervous for my flowers of the day, as a flower trial isn’t really a thing like hair and make up, but I put all of my trust in the ladies at Rafters, and I am SO glad I did. My flowers were more perfect than I ever imagined! The compliments we had on them and the buttonholes during the day were lovely and it’s all thanks to the magicians at this store! I had mostly dried flowers so my favourite part is I get to keep them forever! Honestly, I would recommend these florists a million times over! I will definitely be popping in when I’m in the area! Thank you so much again, you were a piece of the puzzle that made our day so special!

   After placing an order for same day delivery, I received an email 2 hours later outlining that the order was cancelled, as they do not deliver to that area. Very frustrating as I selected the only paid delivery option available on the website and of course added the delivery postcode before finalising the order. Additionally, I needed to add a phone number to the order but this wasn't used to inform me that my order was cancelled, I received a generic email, which I luckily saw in time for me to place an order with another local florist for same day delivery. I understand from talking to lady at the shop that this is something that happens on a regular basis. Please improve your website, specifically outlining your delivery area and rates, and improve how you communicate issues with your customers.
