In my experience, arcade is the best piercers in milton keynes, i will never be going to anyone else. I've had 8 piercings done here and I can honestly say that Jenny and Sophie both truly care about their work and take great care. If you are going to go anywhere, go here
I was pierced by their apprentice Laura, supervised by Sophie. The whole process was brilliant; I went in the day before for a curation as I have tattoos in my ears and didn’t want them to look messy or crowded with piercings. Sophie was really helpful and honest. I booked to come back in the following day and the studio was gorgeous, clean, tidy and sterile. They were swift and did an amazing job, with some clear aftercare guidance. Would highly recommend!
I went here for my snakebites 5 days ago, and I'm super happy with them! Sophie did an amazing job with marking and piercing, and the atmosphere was super positive and relaxed. She was happy to tell me everything I needed to know, was very patient with questions, and explained everything super clearly. I also had a query about my anatomy for a different piercing and she was able to give me an answer right then and there. Will definitely be going back for more piercings, I cannot recommend this place enough!
I had my daith and helix done by Sophie today. I cannot stress how professional she was - clearly very experienced and good at what she does. She did not mess about - it was done in seconds. She was also really friendly and lovely which completely put me at ease. I highly recommend this place for your piercings - they are the experts! They get booked up quickly which is a sign of how good they are, put yourself on the waiting list, it's worth the wait to get your piercings done right.
Had a daith piercing yesterday. Sophie was amazing, welcoming, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The shop is lovely and hygienic. I would totally recommend her and the store.
Absolutely amazing experience! I had my lobes pierced by Sophie and she did an outstanding job and offered impeccable customer support and both piercings healed perfectly without any complications. I got my helix done with Jenny recently and she did a wonderful job, very kind, reassuring, and professional. The amount of customer support and service is incredibly reassuring and makes me feel a lot more at ease, knowing I can contact them with any worries or queries I may have. I'll be getting all my future piercings done with Sophie and Jenny Xx
Sophie & Jenny are the best! I’ve had piercings by Sophie many times over the years and I always feel comfortable and calm and they’re always happy to see you. I’ve wanted a septum piercing for a while but thought I wouldn’t go through with it as quite nervous. I got it pierced by Jen & it was only her second septum, but I knew her being Sophie’s apprentice that it would be absolutely fine! And it was! Such a great experience, calming and friendly. Today I went back and got multiple piercings jewellery changed and I know I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you both ✨
