Andrena pierced my daughters ear today, she was very welcoming and put me and my daughter at ease straight away, talking through each step. She is very knowledgeable and gives very informative aftercare advice. Andrena did a brilliant job and took her time to make sure it perfect. Would definitely recommend.
Took my daughter to have her ears pierced for the first time. Andrena was very patient, ensuring everyone was happy with the positioning of the dots before getting started. The procedure was explained well, and the preparation was sterile. The piercing was quick, and Andrena was reassuring throughout. Aftercare was explained well, and we have been encouraged to get in touch should any problems arise.
