They cancelled my appointment twice first on 15th October 21 .second cancelled on 23rd October 21.both cancelled within an hour and half of appointment time. Faulty electrics was reason given for both. Had a whole week tell me so I couldn't book elsewhere. Won't ever use you again
Took our dog down for our appointment only to find the shop closed rang up and just kept going to answer phone very poor Just read you reply about speaking to me and my partner you have got me mixed up with someone else we have not complained about any cut my dog has had previously I complained about had an appointment turned up and you were closed
Very un happy with the service, my dog had a few stray hairs trimmed and the charged me £27 for the privilege. Staff very rude and unhelpful, refused to put it right.
My Mia was treated like a princess.
Sue goes above and beyond just duty. She is obviously an animal lover and always seems pleased to see your dogs. Our dogs come home from their 'visits' looking and smelling fantastic. We would never use anyone else and would highly recommend Sue at Peppermint Paws. Ronnie and Pete Powell.
