The folks are very friendly & knowledgeable & offer an excellent level of support with no hard sell. It’s worth walking in for a look around because this could really make life more enjoyable ♥️. They are also diligent at following up any queries you may have and aftercare is superb.
I have experience with this company as they are in the same group as Breeze House. I ordered a hot tub from Hydropool in September 2020, to be told April 2021 delivery. April became May, June, July and so on. Mid August 2021 and guess what, no hot tub! I was told that the ht tube had still not been manufactured, nearly one year after I ordered it. The weekly updates were poor and I only got responses if I chased. The customer experience was very poor and I felt Hydropool didn't really care and were just happy to refund me, I was spending £14,000.00 on a hot tub!! I managed to purchase a hot tub from their competitor also saving myself £3'700.00 and happy to say it will be installed next Friday. I would not recommend this company as their customer service is extremely poor. Delivery dates completely unreliable, there is plenty of competition, choose wisely.
