Lovely gym. Lovely staff. Been going since the old jubilee in Newcastle. It's just such a shame the sauna has gone, would be lovely see ot back. The pool is ace.

I always enjoy my swims at Jubilee 2, however over recent months i feel let down by the cleanliness of the changing rooms and shower facilities. Every changing room is covered in grime and hair, on the floor and walls. It is also clear that dirt has been allowed to build up over time in some areas, making me question how thorough the cleaning procedures can be. On occasion i have also noticed large swarms of flies in there. For this reason i feel uncomfortable using the changing facilities as i don't like to touch anything. It is a shame that such a nice modern facility is let down in this way.

Not at all interested in your wellbeing just your money. Up to late last year I was a loyal customer and never missed a payment. After a serious accident I found myself having to have major spinal surgery. It has been a long painful recovery but glad to say I’m over the worst. I spoke to my consultant and he has recommended I try swimming and light exercises to help aid my recovery. So I went in this morning to see if I could reactivate my membership and was told I would have to pay another £20 joining fee because it was over 6 months ago when I had to cancel. I explained the situation and I would have been prepared to show them all the scars. But still they wanted the joining fee. So I have declined out of principle.

Staff didn't seem to care about people using the lanes to chat. There were 2 girls chatting at the bottom of the fast lane for 20 minutes, not moving. I asked the life guard if they could be moved as it was making turns hard in that lane for us all but she said 'if that's what they want to do, I can't do anything about it'.

Not acceptable. Got jubilee2 for 1, for the leisure swim, we were put at the top of the waiting list. It comes to 14:15 and we still weren’t called in after multiple people were shouted in to the big pool. We went up to registration a good 3-4 times but nothing was solved. Poor service and we aren’t happy. There were a good handful of families still waiting.

We visit on a Sunday, it is always busy but the pool never feels overcrowded, unlike other local venues. The staff here are always lovely and encourage my son as he is learning to swim. The pool and other areas are always clean and well maintained. By far the best pool in the area!
