   My daughter attends swimming lessons here. Ive asked at the desk to speak to a manager regarding how bad the swimming lesson is but been directed to email someone else. Ive emailed the contact given and was assured that going forwards the lessons would be marked weekly on the portal and that the swimming instructor would take more of an interest in lessons. This hasnt happened. I emailed again and this was escalated to someone else with a similar response and that they would inform the instructor. Since this nothing has improved. If anything its only getting worse. Im paying for my child to stand around for half of the lesson and then when is given instruction isn't observed as staff too busy chatting amongst themselves. She's not being corrected on anything she is doing so will not develop due to no support. I think ive now been given no choice other than to remove her which is very disappointing. I would not recommend sandbach swimming lessons.

   Lovely friendly helpful staff, of they don't approach you to offer help, then ask a member of staff and from the lovely staff o have met their have been helpful indeed when I have asked for their help. Lots of lockers, clean cubicles in the changing room for the ladies swimming area, plus a shower and 2 hair dryers and a baby changing mat in a family sized cubicle. free water dispenser in the Gym upstairs and sanitize wipes to wipe the equipment before and after you use them. Books to read with seating in the foyer lounging area. A choice of leisure activities on a time table. And a few vending machines in the reception foyer area.

   Well, place always seems well attended. We go there for swimming lessons; I'm not always sure the swimming instructors are actually doing much to refine technique (although our swimmer could be quite difficult to help) but I assume they are a friendly lot on the whole because there is a 'no hanging about here, you swimming instructors'-type sign at reception. Remember, be polite to staff – what goes around comes around.

   Welcoming staff. Very informative. Staff always in attendance around the pool, reassuring. Could do with a bit more rest/coffee area for people to get to know one another more.
