   Strange set up. It’ okay, but unsure why users have to pay for parking AS WELL as whatever session they choose to do? Also, a third of the pool closed during a busy morning hour, when asked to open, lifeguard said two more people needed to open the said section. When the two people arrived, he didn’t do anything. Left after two lengths.

   The front desk service was absolutely terrible. The staff were robotic, unwelcoming, and showed no friendliness whatsoever. When I asked about weekend swimming lessons for children, I was told “no” right away — only after speaking with the manager did they suddenly find available spots. It literally took a complaint to get proper help! The front desk team clearly needs serious customer service training. What happened to basic courtesy and a welcoming attitude? Extremely disappointing experience.

   The whole building needs renovating. The changing rooms, shower area & showers are old fashioned, worn out and dirty. Lots of people in the pool area with shoes on. The floor was filthy. Its not worth the cost of the monthly membership.

   I enjoyed this gym so much more since the new PTI (Kris) has started at the gym, professional and genuinely very helpful when I’ve seen him in the gym. First time I’ve ever been approached by the PT staff there with helpful advice. I was debating cancelling my membership until recently as there’s usually no one upstairs offering help as they are usually sat down on their phones which I think is quite unprofessional. Hoping to book in for some personal PT sessions soon!

   Good facilities and excellent instructors for the group classes. I do mainly Zumba. It would be good to have free parking for at least a couple of hours but at the moment you have to pay for that.

   The gym is clean and has a good range of equipment. Staff are very friendly, and the personal trainers are very approachable for advice. The classes are accessible for people who have never been to a class before and not intimidating with trainers that are always lovely.

   Sunday 20th Pool much colder than usual, changing rooms freezing, floors filthy, women’s showers disgusting and flooding almost as soon as you turn them on, not draining at all. I cannot believe this place is the only place to swim in Stafford, it is an embarrassment. Haven’t been there for 6 months as last visit was disappointing - this visit was worse.

   Baby swimming classes are only okay… worst part is the pool is more often than not quite chilly and baby isn’t enjoying classes as much! Wasn’t such an issue in the summer, but with the winter coming up they’ve just put the prices of classes up but can’t manage to heat up the swimming pool, the babies should be always warm, for gods sake. Emailed them about this, never got a reply. Phones don’t get answered either
