Good quality building and the staff worked well, a huge relief for me after the last two nursing homes were bad. My partner hated the bed alarm system, especially when 24/7 carers were removed ready for discharge. The food was good and he loved the extra horlicks. He couldn't wait to go home and walks.

Our mum spent a year at Adderley having rehabilitation following a fall and subsequent head injury. The care, compassion and support she received at Adderley was exceptional. The staff were so welcoming and friendly to us as a family and went above and beyond to help our mum and us. We knew mum was safe while receiving care at Adderley and any concerns we had were addressed quickly. We can't thank the staff enough for all they have done.

When my Brother was diagnosed with Leukodystrophy and I was told he needed 24 hour care, I was faced with the challenge of finding a home I thought could meet his needs. I am so pleased I found this place and they had availabilty. The care, compassion and support offered is second to none. Especially when we lost our Mum last year. My Brother was assisted and supported on the day of the funeral, making a difficult day easier for us all. The staff are all friendly and professional from the cleaning and laundry ladies to nurses, physios and management. A great home I would .definatly reccomend

The staff at Adderley are great with mum, and they really care about her. It's nice to have a place where we feel that she's safe and properly cared for. Leena, Father, and Yvonne are just a few of many who treat mum with dignity and grace. They don't get paid nearly enough for the work they do!

Had to give them one start as I couldn't do reviews without one starts. I have a friend in this place and what I've seen and heard is unreal. The start talk to him like he is a child, the food looks horrible my 5 year old nice could cook better and it would be warm, the staff don't get people out of bed when they ask they are always say wait a minute until other parents ready, ive never know a life to break down so much in all my life, its not a care home at all as care homes are might to care for their parents and family not just leave them to it.

This place is amazing. The staff are so nice and friendly, they treat the residents like family. It's a great thing to see. The food is really nice and always looks amazing. The decor is fab! Some parts decorated to look like a park, others like a high street with a bank and post office. Great for reside at who cant get out n about anymore. I would highly recommend.

Couldn't give a zero star so had to give a 1 star. I had to demand a doctor was called for my mum as the 2 nurses on duty wanted to leave her until the next morning. My mum ended up in A&E RESUS for 12 hours with Sepsis. Thankfully the A&E staff at the Royal Stoke were amazing and saved her life...
