   Was referred by liason twice and my gp, because of mental health deterioration. Had been here previously discharged without no notification( nothing) was informed by someone at leighton I was due to have talking therapies, to then receive a voicemail to say for the third time to be referred yet again by the g.p. receptionist was rude, no people skills. Then someone contacted me to say I'm to be supported elsewhere after saying they couldn't do a medical review. If your looking for care look elsewhere these don't understand and think a review or assessment is done over the phone. Failing the most vulnerable time and again.

   Was meant to receive a follow up appointment a month ago through the post but have had nothing. After about 100 calls with no answer and voice mails left I haven’t heard anything back. I have absolutely no idea what the lady on the desc actually does. And the nhs wonder why so many men kill themselves because they can’t get any help. Absolute joke of a service

   Staff that I've met with there are absolutely wonderful, very compassionate and understanding, friendly reception staff as well never feels awkward or intense. A very welcoming environment.

   Took far too long to get an appointment. When finally got near to an appointment they were unable to see mum as she had a fall and ended up in hospital. Following this moved into a care home which was in another area. Mum had managed to get out of the hospital ward in a confused state and walk on a busy road in her pyjamas as not classed as having dementia due to no diagnosis. The process now has to start all over again.

   with all problems there are Delamere have it has being very helpful There is not point of accusation but this government has for years depleted all helpful places where people go, people that are poor and have nowhere to go and Delamere and all that work there are trying to do the very best I understand for some people need more...... They are only human and like everyone; one has to do with what we got

   Use caution when utilising this appalling service. They made my mental health worse. Falsifying information, lying, no empathy. A number of clinical negligence issues. Due to a complaint put in, the staff turned nasty, lying about an apparent "inappropriate language" which was lies. Suffering with PTSD from this service and struggling to trust my new Psychiatrist and team, even though they are lovely. I would strongly advise going somewhere else. Tried asking for CQC rating and nothing to be found, wouldn't surprise me if the info has been hidden purposely. to hide how inadequate the service is. Document everything and have someone with you at all times. Refer any complaints to PALS to ensure this practice improves or sack incompetent staff.

   Gone here several times over the years and they completely fob you off every time. Then if you get referred again they reject you cos their incompetent staff last time didn't flag anything up. Might as well off myself, huh Delamere!

   Absolutely shocking service. For anybody struggling with Mental Health issues should not expect to get any meaningful support. You will be lied to. Your phone calls will not be answered. Indeed you will probably be given a false number which will not distract the employees of the office and their daily routine. I have no idea who holds this "resource centre" to account but it is quite clear that they are also not fit for purpose. Good luck to all those people struggling with mental illness. Don't get your hopes fup to be helped by anyone here.....
