   I came today for both of my nipples pierced and Kim was absolutely amazing! she talked me through the whole process and was so reassuring throughout. this was my first time meeting Kim and obviously getting my chest out infront of a stranger can be scary but her vibe is absolutely fab and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming again. I've also been here for a tattoo in 2020 and I can't remember the lovely ladies name who did my tattoo but she also fab! the place is so nicely decorated and everyone is so friendly. (the picture of the tattoo is how it looks now fully healed :) )

   Every time I come here, I always leave happy. All of the women are so lovely and friendly, I wish I could go every day just for a chat. My daughter had her ears pierced by Kim today, and Kim was amazing. My daughter got to pick from a selection of earrings, then her favourite song request, she even had the opportunity to cuddle a worry bear if she wanted. Kim was so sweet and lovely with her, and my daughter even got a certificate to remember the special moment. My little girl got big!

   Had a small tattoo done needed someone who did fine line ones, having never had one before was slightly nervous but artist was very reassuring and it didn't hurt at all absolutely love my tattoo and would go there if I decide to have more. Since this review I have had another tattoo at this venue.

   Absolutely fantastic place where all the staff are extremely helpful, relatable and pleasant to talk to. They are extremely experienced and you can clearly see they take their profession very seriously. Music is nice and alternative (no cheesy pop here!), and their after care advice is on point. Will definitely be returning for my next tattoo as this was only my first.
