   The Black Sage Gallery is truly a gem. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of perfect. Kathryn, who did my piercing, was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Amy, who did my tattoo, showcased her amazing talent and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the design. Their accommodating nature makes you feel right at home, and their supportive attitude ensures you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I've had the pleasure of visiting several times, and each experience has been brilliant. The consistency in their exceptional service is remarkable. Every time I leave, I do so with a heart full of happiness with what I have had done. I can't recommend it enough.

   I've just returned from having my second tattoo done at Black Sage Gallery. The first I had with Rob 2 years ago, and I couldn't fault the experience. This time I had Amy, who like Rob, is also meticulous and focused. She checked in regularly to make sure I was doing okay, and her calm demeanor really helped me stay relaxed. The final result exceeded my expectations. The lines are crisp, the shading is perfect, and the overall design is exactly what I wanted. It's clear that Amy is a true artist, and she puts a lot of care and attention into her work. If you're looking for a talented and professional tattoo artist, I highly recommend Amy at Black Sage Gallery. Her skill, professionalism, and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable. I'm thrilled with my new tattoo and wouldn't hesitate to go back for future work. Based on what I've had done today, my husband is now planning to have his next tattoo with Amy.

   Had my lip pierced today, was a little nervous as its my first piercing in 15 years! Kathryn was lovely and immediately I wasn't so nervous. Would highly recommend! Before and after care was very thorough and was told I could contact any time if I had any questions. Will definitely be going back again. Hopefully tattoo next!

   Had a consultation the day before about getting my daith re-pierced and Kathryn was amazing. Made me feel really at ease and talked through everything. Next day I went in to get re-pierced and although I had a bit of scar tissue it was so relaxing, she took care of me and allowed me to take as long as possible. If you are a nervous person when being pierced or have had bad experiences please give Kathryn the time to make you feel better.

   I can’t recommend Kathryn at the Black Sage Gallery enough - she is a total professional, the hygiene standard at the Gallery are the highest I’ve ever experienced. My daughter had her rook pierced and has had no issues at all. Kathryn explains how to care for your piercing and understands exactly how to avoid post piercing issues. She also provides support after your piercing so if you have any questions or concerns she will help. Absolutely outstanding service -thanks Kathryn.
