   Had my nose and industrial done today! Had a lovely gentlemen greet me at the door he was very polite and held good conversation while i filled out my forms. I was then taken up stairs to the piecing room where another kind gentlemen came in and prepared the piecing equipment he then extremely quickly (quick in a good way) did my nose and talked me through it while reassuring me the whole time! He then did my industrial piecing very quickly it hurt and i did tense up but he talked me through it! Very lovely staff and i had a great experience with great pricing too i can’t recommend this place more if i could rate higher i would!!!

   Everyone is lovely there and the piercer is extremely pleasant and helpful with making the process comfortable, my only problem is how unbelievably rude the receptionist is, she clearly hates her job and seems to be trying to rip more money out of people. Asked her for prices and she purposefully told us only the lowest price, it was disgusting and I honestly have no clue why you would work as a receptionist if you hate people so much. I see quite a few reviews on how this woman treats people horribly so I don't know why this seems to be ignored. Other than her, I recommend this place 100%, great piercings!

   Not really very happy about my experience. I asked the woman at the desk if they used a needle for the piercings and she said yes, she was also aware of the type of piercing I wanted (lobes). When I went upstairs and got asked which studs I wanted I wasn’t told they would cost extra than the £20 advertised on all signage (I was charged £30). My ears were pierced with a gun which I specifically did not want. The studs I got pierced with have butterfly backs rather than flat backed labrets which I received from another piercing shop on a previous occasion. The studs are also not longer than average which I have got in previous lobe piercings that allow movement incase the piercing swells. I hope that my piercing doesn’t get infected or swell up.

   Service and staff were so pleasant and I felt safe and welcomed already. It’s a walk in business and I found it online. Gave them a call and they got me in straight away. I was booking for a belly piercing and it was an amazing experience. Adam who was piercing me was so calm and talked me through everything. I was nervous before getting the piercing and he helped me to feel more safe. It was a beautiful pierce and I love it!! He gave us all the information and details about it and answered all out questions in ease. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! Please be patient with them. They are so genuine and give you the best experience you could possibly get.
