    Awful company to deal with, my windows looked just as dirty as before cleaned and they were so much more expensive that the previous company! They don't ask if you want to continue after they give you a "trial" clean either, they just get on and do it then refer you to the fine print! Didn't even realise they had carried on cleaning, until I got a threatening email disguised as a "polite reminder" in the subject. Then instead of discussing, they just threaten you with debt collectors and the like unless you pay their overinflated price for a poor service. Much better companies out there, and the way they are cleaning them is awful especially your upstairs windows, you cannot tell they have been cleaned for weeks, upstairs being the worst.

    Good communication between UK Window Clean customer service and on-site cleaners, thereby good communication between us all. Always quick to let me know when things need attention that aren't part of their usual cleaning area and ALWAYS let me know when something is broken or if they aren't sure how to handle something. They've never just assumed they knew the correct approach or assumed that I wouldn't care, which I appreciate especially.
