   Such a waste of time, stayed in all day and moved furniture around for no reason! Really disappointed, after reading all the reviews and positive feedback, I felt confident in making a booking and given the quote I received, it was the best price. Initially communication was good and Paul emailed me back to confirm the date had been booked. I was desperate to have my carpet cleaned with having a young child, one on the way and a dog. My husband and I arranged everything ready for Paul to arrive and he never turned up. No response to my email to confirm a time and the phone went straight to voicemail. I believe I am a reasonable person and understand things arise and may need to be rescheduled but to not even email back or return my call is completely unacceptable and straight to the point, rude. Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.

   Very professional company. Excellent communication from start to finish. Paul arrived on time and thoroughly explained all the processes. The carpet came up as new after years of use. Very competitive prices that i upgraded the clean !!! Paul ensured i was happy with the job and even left blowers out to dry out the carpet so i could use the room asap . I highly recommend and pass on the number to everyone i know !!!

   Excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable about carpets. We’ve had the front room and hallway carpet for 3 years with people and our dog walking over it with outdoor shoes on. Hence it looked shabby. Paul cleaned the carpets to Avery high standard that they look like new. Used fans to dry them and left them overnight to ensure that the inconvenience was at a minimum. Excellent service, recommend to anyone requiring carpets cleaned. Thanks Paul Regards Phil Barker

   Paul cleaned my bedroom carpet, was very professional and very thorough. The carpet took around 2 hours before you could walk on, dried perfectly and was back to it’s lovely clean way it was when it was put in 6 years ago. Very happy with outcome, will definitely use again.

Paul is a true professional, from the initial quote to carrying out the cleaning of our carpets we could not fault him. He explained everything he was doing step by step in detail and ensured us he was using pet friendly chemicals. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using Midland Floor Care again in the near future!

   Had Paul out to clean my sofa after my son was sick on it. I'm very happy with the results! Smells fresh and looks and feels clean. He also cleaned my hall carpet which is a very high traffic area - including lots of dirty pushchair wheels. Really good clean and again it smells so fresh. Called and managed to book him to come out within a few days which was even better. Service with a smile - highly recommended :)
